Knit and natter
Age UK  works together with the church and the Zacchaeus Project to support older people.  “Knit & Natter” and “Coffee & Chat” sessions are held on Tuesdays each week at the church      

Taste and See  
On the second Tuesday of each month from 12.30–2pm, there is a light lunch of soup, bread, cheese and meats with an opportunity for conversation, prayer and then a short, informal communion service. Open to everyone across the Tower Hamlets circuit as well as people who live locally

Wednesdays 11.00-12.00: Seated exercises.  Running for a few more weeks.
